Refund Policy

Refund calculations will be based on the actual instruction received up to the student’s last date of attendance, depending on whether it is vehicular classes or digital course.

The effective date and values of the termination for reimbursement purposes will be the following:
A) In the case of car training, up to the last day of car training assistance will be charged, if the school withdraws the student.
B) The date of receipt of the student’s written cancellation notification will be considered if the student has not yet started the course or classes if the time is less than 72 hours after registration; either
C) 50% of the value of the course will be charged if the student sends written notification to the school showing their interest in not continuing with the course, this if the digital course has already started but if the car training has not yet begun Otherwise, 100% of the cost of the course will be charged.

In the case of BDE digital courses, 100% payment is required before the start of the course, if after the expiration of the 72-hour cancellation privilege, the student does not enter the school, cancels the registration or withdraws , the school can withhold up to 50% of the total value of the course as administrative and other expenses and, from the rest, it must reimburse the student for the services that the student did not receive previously.

Refunds will be made within 30 days of the effective date of termination of enrollment.

A full refund of all tuition and fees is due and refundable in each of the following cases:
(A) When the school does not accept a student;
(B) If the school suspends the course of instruction at this location for any reason; either
(C) If the student’s enrollment was obtained as a result of any false statement in advertising, school promotional materials, or false statement by the owner or representative of the school.
Refunds will be completed within 30 days of the effective date of termination.
